Modifications to the engine and chassis answer most dynamic questions originally raised about the car.
Revised interior is still looks better than it works.
A clever and successful update to Aston Martin's best-seller, offering improvements where needed, leaving alone where not.

Because of their cachet and scarcity, prices of Vantages have historically held up well. According to Glass's Guide, a dealer should retail a coupe supplied new in January 2006 and which has since covered 14,000 miles for £62,675, which means it has retained over 75% of its value over a period of two-and-a-half years. Admittedly, the Porsche 911 has performed at least as well over the same period.
We'd expect this new car to hit values of older 4.3-litre cars and, as the storm clouds of recession gather in the sky, we'd be less confident of this impressive performance being maintained in the short to medium term.
