One of the best-looking cars of all time, mighty V12 performance, great auto' box.
Unforgiving low-speed ride, poor seat comfort, limited range.
Time has done little to weather what remains one of the most desirable GTs of all time.

When it chose to revise the DB9, Aston Martin has taken the view that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Under its new management, the company has taken a more conservative approach, sticking with a tried and tested formula that has made the coupe and convertible Aston the best-selling car in its entire history.
Instead, with over 10,000 sold, it has gently massaged the DB9 to help it weather the next few years. Only existing owners will notice the new 19" alloys, the new reprofiled wing mirrors and that two of the seven chrome bars have been dropped.
Under the bonnet the venerable 6.0-litre has been gently stroked into producing an extra 20bhp and 22lb-ft of torque. As well as the extra power the 470bhp V12 has also had it automatic gearbox sharpened to quicken gearchanges, so the 0-62mph time falls 0.3 seconds to just 4.6 seconds and top speed rises to 190mph.
Engineers have also tweaked the suspension and added Blistein dampers to help improve the ride.
Inside is where the biggest changes have been made, the Aston adopting the flagship DBS's centre console and a Volvo-sourced sat nav.
Is it enough? The Aston Martin DB9 remains one of the most beautiful cars in recent history, but are the changes enough to prevent familiarity eventually breeding contempt?
Pricing begins at £113,950 for the Coupe and £122,950 for the Volante convertible.
