Unique looks, smooth engine, Q2 e-diff's added traction.
Relatively high CO2 emissions, poor steering, limited rear space, possible build issues.
A decent 'alternative' choice and, at present, it is the most competitive car in Alfa's line-up. It's worthy of consideration.

If you consider that the Mito is closely related to the Fiat Grande Punto, you'll realise that it's already off to a sticky start. The Grande Punto is one of the least liked cars in the most recent JD Power satisfaction survey. Owners placed it in the bottom ten out of 100, citing all manner of niggles with the interior.
Mechanically the Grande Punto fares well, however, and part of the Fiat's poor performance was down to the poor service delivered by dealers. Alfa Romeo claims that it has already culled its underperforming dealers and it's fair to say that the interior on the Mito feels far more robust than the Fiat. Still, there's a long way to go - in both of the test cars we drove we could hear creaks and rattles coming from the dashboard.
