Alfa Romeo GT (2004-) Review

Category: Affordable Sports 4 out of 5

Summary of the Alfa Romeo GT (2004-)

Price Range: £20,400 to £24,100

Assets

Muscular but understated looks, gutsy engines, agile handling, roomy and practical for a coupe.

Drawbacks

Brera is better-looking and newer; V6 has a terrible turning circle.

Verdict

Best-handling and smoothest-riding of the 147/156 family, the good-value, practical GT is still worth considering despite the advent of the Brera.

Alfa Romeo GT Review

Reliability and Quality3 out of 5

Alfa Romeo consistently scores poorly in customer satisfaction and reliability surveys, but it really has taken steps in recent years to improve build quality and the service support offered by its dealer network. So far, the GT does seem to be holding together well.
