Confident? Refined? Elegant? If you've got the money to buy this beauty, these words probably describe you and this car. The drive gives you everything you expect from an Audi: solid feeling of quality, quiet, smooth drive and reassurance of power. No question: this car is a champion for touring comfort. The drive was so serene and smooth I felt like I had engaged some form of invisible cruise control. But don't expect this heavyweight to dance like a sports car. If you're looking for exciting/sporty/fun you won't get your kicks from this model.
Super stylish and effortless cruiser with enough power and composure to occasionally fool you into thinking it's a sports car. Which it's not. But a top notch cabin and class leading looks mean it shines compared to the dumpy large-assed folding tin-tops. Much better than the previous iteration with the silky smooth new 2.0-litre engine it shares with the Golf GTI. A smile every mile come rain or shine, marred only a touch by the slightly over hard ride of the S-Line. Recommended.
Absolutely beautiful car. Totally reliable. Very hard to fault. Those are the three sentences that sum up this car. Cruising around in the streets on a sunny day, with people hating you, is the best feeling in the world. The interior is top quality, hard core stuff, and the roof is more or less sound proof. 1.8T is fast enough fo most people, 9.3 0-60 and a top end of 140 is faster than an average car. The only prolem with it is the iconic figure. People want to steal it. So get a tracker.
