Early pre-release drive showed me a better looker than CRV/RAV4, and the Tiguan has the advantage of an auto option. Handles well, steering responsive but ride a bit hard. Steering wheel feels nice, comfortable seats, spacious inside, and the build quality is excellent. New diesel engine quieter but no shove in the back like old Pump Deuce. Slush box good but, sadly, no DSG. Expensive, kit is a bit mean and a lot to spec up. Good towing weight for my boat. I give it 7 out of 10 and if VW offered a discount I'd buy one.
