I agree with a previous review - a big disappointment. Poor quality, dash noise, cheap interior and radio is no good. You cannot rest your clutch foot as there is limited room between the pedal and the bulk head. Very noisy and unrefined engine, uncomfortable after 40 miles, expensive for what it is. Toyota are living on their past reputation. Bought this before the Hyundai i30 came out, wish I had waited. The i30 is miles ahead of this and many others.
What a car! Before buying I read the paper reviews that said it had a cheap dash and noisy drive. They must be blind and have over-sensative hearing. Have a look at the Japenese dashes if you want to see cheap. Group four insurance with £115.00 road tax and great mpg. Comfort, style, build quality, boot space all excellent. Five year warranty and has all the toys. If I was really critical and looking to find a fault it would be the rear and front bumpers, which are very low to the ground and may hit a kerb when parking.
