The Laguna scores top marks here largely because it has achieved five-stars in EuroNCAP's independent crash tests. Twin front and side airbags are standard on all models, as is ABS with Brake Assist, automatically dimming mirrors and a tyre-pressure monitor. Remote central locking is also standard, and an alarm is fitted to most models.
