Jaguars used to be rust-prone and unreliable, but that's ancient history now; Jaguar is now scoring well in customer satisfaction surveys such as JD Power. There were some early problems with the auto gearbox and airbags (fixed in recalls) but since then, owners report little trouble. The quality and fit of interior materials is good, and even the complex electronics and gadgetry appears to be holding up well so far.
