Still lacks the image and dynamism to take on the best; cabin lacks visual flair and still feels a little cheap; no feisty Type-R model planned
Verdict
A welcome addition to the family car sector, offering an agreeably offbeat proposition for those bored of following the usual Mondeo-Vectra-Primera-Passat route.
