That was back in the early '90s - and while it wasn't a disaster, even back then the Maverick seemed dull, underwhelming and, frankly, not all that desirable. A facelift in the mid-'90s gave it a shiny new nose, but failed to arouse any more interest, and the Maverick quietly died a few years later. For those who loved it, you can still get it, though it'll have a Nissan badge on, and be called a Terrano. But surely it's more sensible to buy the latest Maverick? A full-on Ford design, this model?s been shipped over from America, especially for European off-roaders who love Ford but want a 4x4. Haven't seen one yet?
