Unless you buy the attractive optional hard top the soft-top Barchetta is obviously more vulnerable to theft than a saloon or coupe. A remote boot release inside the car is a plus. The Barchetta has not been NCAP crash tested and by today's high standards is likely to be no better than average at best. A passenger airbag comes only with the 'comfort pack' option.
