    RUNNING COSTS RATING:

This is the biggest snag with running a Ferrari, given its dismal fuel consumption (15.4mpg on the official combined test cycle), but the news is better than it used to be. The F1 transmission's clutch should no longer be the regular service item it seemingly could be in the 360, and there are no cambelts to need regular replacement. The electronics should be trouble-free, and depreciation should be low judging by that of past 'entry-level' Ferraris - the breed is always in demand. That sweetens the hefty purchase price.
