Audi A4 Cabriolet

This was my first foray into the world of Cabriolets. The A4 Cab has been rewarding as well as a nightmare. The handling and ride, although not the best in class, is relaxing and refined on long journeys. My gripe lies with after sales service. A few weeks after purchase I could hear grinding noises when turning the steering on full lock. The car has been back to the Dealer on no more than six occasions. Steering Rack and parts have been replaced yet the problem is still there. I have had to put up with the behaviour of their Sales Director and Customer Service Staff, Audi Customer service got involved and since there has still been no closure. Would I buy another A4 Cabriolet? Well YES!! But Audi need to realise people buy 50 percent of a car on Customer service alone. The last thing they need is people switching loyalty back to BMW or Mercedes based purely on poor customer service.
