    RUNNING COSTS RATING:

All things considered, not badNo Aston Martin is going to be cheap to run, but an official combined-cycle fuel consumption of 17.1mpg is acceptable given the pace on offer. Insurance will naturally be expensive, but servicing (every 10,000 miles) should not be too onerous given the large number of self-diagnosing electrical systems on board. Depreciation should be minimal, at first anyway; the next 18 months' production is spoken for, which will keep demand high, and prices should stay firm provided the quality and reliability promises are kept.
