The Rally Dragons are a team of bodging amateur rally drivers from the Welsh Borders, led by top woman driver Nikki Woolmore. They'll be racing a 2.8-litre Ford Capri.
Nikki Woolmore, team captain, is a Scrappy veteran - you'll remember her from the Green Goddesses in series one. Nikki is a ballistics expert for the MOD. Her skills, apart from her unique navigation and nifty driving, are in-depth knowledge and familiarity of engines, plus her natural born charm!
Dave Barbara is a cost engineer who's learnt his way round engines from rally driving with Nikki and Steve. Dave, a cost engineer for a financial engineering company, is a member of the TA and a keen fencer. When away from work he spends most of his time competing in rallies where he is the main driver.
Steve Champion is Dave's co-driver and navigator. Steve works as an impacts engineer and has known Dave since their university days. He's the main engineer of the team but the worst driver, apparently! When not rallying he enjoys photography and climbing.
The Rally Dragons' Ford Capri offers speed and the best power-to-weight ratio of all the Scrappy Races Rally cars. But they also have the lowest ground clearance and the smallest platform on which to base their modifications.
