5-Series sculpture teaser
BMW has released teaser images its next 5-Series saloon in the form of a novel kinetic sculpture.
The image of the car has been put together in a video that shows an arrangement of small metal spheres suspended from computer-controlled lengths of string. The spheres are positioned in a way to give a representation of what the new four-door will look like.
The car itself will be unveiled live via webcast on November 23 and it is expected to include a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that is currently used in the 5-Series GT 550i and the X6.
