Citroen has cut emissions for the C3 Picasso 1.6 HDi.
Thanks to an ECU tweak the small MPV's emissions have been reduced from 125g/km of CO2 to 119g/km. This enables the C3 Picasso to fall into the lower VED Band C.
Fuel consumption also falls and the 89bhp 1.6-litre diesel C3 Picasso now averages 62.8mpg, a 2.7mpg gain.
Pricing for the lower-polluting C3 Picasso 1.6 HDi starts at £12,895 for the entry-level VT.
As well as the under bonnet tweaks the C3 Picasso is now available with a Bluetooth hands-free option on VTR+ and range-topping Exclusive models.
