Subaru Legacy GTk concept
Subaru has taken the wraps off a hot concept version of its 2010 Legacy that claims to be the ultimate 'track-ready' sports tourer.
The turbocharged Subaru Legacy GTk concept was developed by Specialized Vehicles Inc. and features a lowered ride-height, a modified roof, blacked-out headlights, a custom front bumper with integrated fog-lights, hood vents, smoked tail-lights and a custom black-over-red paint scheme.
Under the bonnet is a 2.5-litre boxer engine with an ECU upgrade to deliver 300bhp with 350lb-ft of torque. The powerplant is mated to a new six-speed manual gearbox.
A modified exhaust, a short-throw gearshift, a viscous coupling locking centre differential, a new strut tower brace, a Bilstein suspension kit and a full Brembo brake package with six-piston calipers up front and four-piston calipers in the rear are also included.
