Ford Ka Beauty
A Brazilian-made convertible Ka has been revealed at the Sao Paulo Motor Show.
This Ka concept, called Beauty, has been created to 'demonstrate the versatility' of the new Ka, according to a spokesman from Ford's Brazilian division. It is fitted with a 1.6-litre petrol engine and is strictly a two-seater.
Alongside the Beauty is the Beast: another Ka concept fitted with a 2.0-litre engine and aggressive body kit. This is said to be capable of 155mph, though it's probably not a preview of a European-market Ka ST or RS.
Ford is planning to launch 23 new or restyled models in Brazil in the next five years, and has recently announced a $3.4billion investment in the region.
