The Cruze-based Orlando previews Chevrolet's upcoming new MPV.
It's a seven-seater with three rows of seats, with the rear seats folding flat to create a large load-bay; other interior features include blue-lit instrument dials, brushed-metal interior trim and a centre console-mounted gearshift lever. It's powered by GM's 2.0-litre, 150bhp diesel engine.
Styling has been influenced by that of the WTCC Ultra concept car (seen at the Paris Motor Show 2006) and Chevrolet says that it's a 'powerful suggestion' of the production model (a close relation of the next Vauxhall/Opel Zafira) due on sale next summer. The Orlando name will be used for the real deal, too.
