Renault is showing the latest product of its Renaultsport division, the Twingo Renaultsport 133, at the British Motor Show.
Prices start at just £11,550 and order books are now open, with deliveries beginning in September.
The Twingo 133 has a naturally-aspirated 1.6-litre engine developing 133bhp and 188lb-ft of torque, plus wider wheel arches, extended side sills and all the usual Renaultsport trimmings.
There is standard stability control, as well as 16" alloy wheels; grey door mirrors, foglamp surrounds and rear spoiler; aluminium pedals; a Renaultsport steering wheel; rev counter; sports seat; and orange seatbelts. The Cup chassis is a further option (£650) with lowered ride height, stiffer springs and dampers, and 17" alloys.
Colour choices are red or, for an extra £375, metallic black, blue, silver or grey.
All private buyers who order within the first 133 days can get a free Renaultsport track day with driver training. These will take place during 2009 at Brands Hatch (Kent), Oulton Park (Cheshire), Cadwell Park (Lincolnshire) or Bedford Autodrome.
