CoTY 2007 - shortlist announced
The shortlist for this year's European Car of the Year has just been announced.
Competition seems to have been especially fierce this year, with the result that the usual shortlist of seven has been enlarged to eight, which the 58 members have chosen from 41 contenders after the first round of voting.
The shortlisted cars are: Citroën C4 Picasso, Fiat Grande Punto, Ford S-Max, Honda Civic, Opel/Vauxhall Corsa, Peugeot 207, Skoda Roomster and Volvo C30.
The winning car will be announced on November 13 and 4Car will have the inside story of the voting from 4Car contributor and juror, John Simister, at that time.
