No, it looks no more attractive in real-life than in the advance pictures... The Maybach 57S has had a special Antiqua White paint job for Paris.
This whiter-than-white shade is a multi-layered finish with nearly twice as many hand-applied layers of paint as on most luxury cars, including a mica layer and several layers of clear-coat over the top, giving an overall mother-of-pearl effect.
This colour will be offered on the production versions of this 612bhp, V12-engined super-saloon, giving a slightly less funereal aura than the blacks or greys usually seen.
No prices have yet been announced for this option, but then if you can afford a Maybach in the first place, an extra few grand is completely academic.
