Alfa Romeo Brera
The Alfa Romeo Brera coupe goes on sale in the UK on April 8.
Six versions will be on offer, priced £22,800-29,850. Engines available are the new 2.2-litre 185bhp and (from May) the 3.2 V6 (250bhp), plus the 200bhp 2.4 JTD diesel with particulate filter. All have six-speed manual transmission and the 3.2 JTS models add Alfa's Q4 four-wheel drive system with variable torque-split and self-locking central differential.
Two equipment levels are offered: standard versions have seven airbags, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, trip computer, fog lights, ignition button, 16" spoked alloy wheels and CD player; SV models add leather upholstery, stainless steel kick plates, brushed-aluminium centre console and trim detailing, and 17" alloys. Options include xenon headlamps, a full-length glass roof, satellite navigation, electrically-adjustable front seats, a Bose sound system, Bluetooth kit and 18" alloy wheels.
