Toyota RAV4 Granite
Toyota is offering a special edition RAV4 called Granite, with "rock-solid quality" (groan). It comes with 17-inch nine-spoke alloy wheels and Pirelli tyres, chrome rear light protectors and chrome sidebars, plus special carpet mats, aluminium scuff plates and a six-disc autochanger. Equipment also includes ABS, driver, passenger and front side curtain airbags, front and rear electric windows, air conditioning, a leather-covered steering wheel and gearknob, front fog lamps, colour-keyed bumpers and roof rails. It has the 2.0-litre VVT-i petrol engine (147 bhp), and is available in metallic Cadmium Green, Argenta Silver or Astral Black paint. Three- and five- door versions are offered, and automatic transmission is optional (£1000). Prices start from £18,495 (three-door manual) and £19,995 (five-door manual), with metallic paint an extra £350.
