They've blown it : Turbocharging will dominate the engine line up, with the 1-Series expected to share most of the Mini's engine line-up. Unfortunately, so far an M1 has been completely ruled out for production, but we could see the M3's trick double-clutch gearbox adapted for lesser-powered 1-Series.
