Conservative evolution : The next-generation BMW 6-Series is, like the latest 7-Series saloon, a rather conservative evolution. The cabriolet pictured here will even retain a traditional canvas hood. The window on this prototype is a mock-up, however, to hide the roof's structure. It's a safe bet that this will be revised for neater stowage and improved refinement.
