Powertrain : These pictures show an MPV, on its way from a supplier firm in Germany to Ford's transmissions plant in Cologne, indicating a Ford-sourced powertrain. It's said to be a seven-seater and to be one of the first three Chery models to be launched in the US in 2007. It won't bear the Chery name there, however: US importer Malcolm Bricklin has been warned by General Motors' lawyers that Chery looks a bit too much like Chevy.
