Get active : These seats aren't just bigger than on '01-'04 models, they also incorporate active head restraints. These work on a very simple principle. In an accident, the occupant is frequently pushed against the seatbelts. Then they slam back into the seats, and that's the point where most whiplash injuries occur. Active head restraints have a lever in the seat back, which when pushed (by your back) pushes the head-restraint forward. Hence, less neck movement and reduced whiplash injury. Simple.
