Citroen's C2 is the replacement for the Saxo at the bottom end of the French car manufacturer's range. Based on the same platform as the slightly larger C3 and C3 Pluriel, the C2 is only available as a three-door model because the C3 covers five-door territory.
C2 boot : The tailgate splits in two, like a Range Rover's or a Smart fortwo's, so that the glass hatch lifts and the metal lower part drops. It's a pretty useful system for dropping shopping bags straight through the glass hatch, and the lower part can even hold 100kg if you wanted to sit or stand on it (though we're not sure why you'd want to). The bottom half also has a five-litre storage space inside it, but it's quite narrow and of little practical use.
