93 Rolls-Royce Phantom (page 18 of 25)
|
Redefines Rolls-Royce for the 21st century. Built under BMW guidance and ownership at a new factory at Goodwood, and launched in 2003, the Phantom is bigger, more powerful and more expensive than any other recent Rolls, and far higher-tech. Built around an aluminium spaceframe chassis, with aluminium panels and composite front wings, its rear-hinged back doors are distinctive and that upright front grille unmistakable. Power comes from a 453bhp, 531lb-ft, 6,747cc V12, and it's as good to drive as to be driven in. And it goes without saying that the interior's opulent to a superlative degree. Got a spare £220,000?
