27 Aston Martin V8 Vantage (2005-) (page 2 of 25)
|
The English answer to the Porsche 911, and considerably more exclusive, the Gaydon-built V8 Vantage has a 380bhp version of Aston's own 4.3-litre V8, and while it may be the entry model in the Aston range, it can still do 175mph and 0-60mph in 4.9 seconds. The near-standard N24 racer has acquitted itself well on track, too. Like the bigger, more expensive DB9, the V8 Vantage proves that Aston is not trading on former glories, but making high-performance cars for the 21st century. Long may it continue to do so.
