Citroen's C2 is the replacement for the Saxo at the bottom end of the French car manufacturer's range. Based on the same platform as the slightly larger C3 and C3 Pluriel, the C2 is only available as a three-door model because the C3 covers five-door territory.

| C2 VTR: The C2 shares its dashboard with the C3, but is finished in a lighter colour. The quality of plastics is the same though, at the 'not really quite good enough' state. The glovebox lids on the test cars we tried didn't fit very well, either, but things are better than they were on early C3s which fell apart in your hands. |
