Gallery: Citroen C2
Citroen's C2 is the replacement for the Saxo at the bottom end of the French car manufacturer's range. Based on the same platform as the slightly larger C3 and C3 Pluriel, the C2 is only available as a three-door model because the C3 covers five-door territory.

C2 VTR: Citroen's making quite a song and dance about the affordability of the C2, claiming that the VTR is in fact some six-hundred-pounds cheaper than the Saxo VTR was when it was launched, lauding its cambelt changes of 75,000 miles for petrol engines and 150,000 miles for diesel models, and then going on to boast that the 1.1-litre car has secured an insurance rating as low as you can get: group 1, no less.
