9. Hummer HX
If someone had told us even a few months ago that a Hummer would make a 4Car Top 10 list, we'd have laughed in your face and called for the men in white coats.
But this mini-Hummer concept could almost make the brand socially acceptable if it ever goes into production. OK, it's not exactly green, but its E85-fuelled powertrain gives it a tinge of emerald -and you can forgive something that looks so horny an awful lot.
10. Mitsubishi Concept-RA
We think the Mitsubishi designers have spent too much time looking at the Audi R8, but apart from that, and the rather strange way the boot ends, the Concept-RA bodes well for the future of the next Eclipse coupe.
Incorporating elements from the Evo X, the Concept-RA - if it goes into production - should also be interesting to drive. And, with a clean diesel engine, owners will have the satisfaction of knowing that they have sportscar thrills without the guilt.
