Lamborghini is to launch a customer customisation programme with new colour and upholstery choices.
The cars on show in Detroit are a Gallardo Spyder in Marrone Apus matt brown-black paint with Marrone Gaia brown alcantara upholstery, and a Murcielago LP640 Coupe and Roadster with untreated natural-finish leather upholstery and Blu Cepheus paint.
The Marrone Apus paint is some way between brown and black, and gives off golden reflections under light; the pale, light-blue Blu Cephalus is said to have been 'inspired by the purity and transparency of polar ice'. Both these colours and the natural-finish leather, can be ordered via the Ad Personam programme.
'Many of our customers take advantage of this programme as a tool for owning an even more exclusive Lamborghini,' says president and CEO Stephan Winkelmann.
