Groovy 3D drive. Basically a game version of the computer-animated video for the Gorillaz song "19-2000" ("Get the cool! Get the cool shoeshine!") where their "Geep" pulls a load of stunts on a giant 3D flyover. Or as Taani puts it "Just a funky game. You go around as a car driving on this circuit but what makes it interesting is the loops, massive gaps and the skateboard ramps. Check it out!"

And that pretty much covers it - there aren't any other vehicles (or other moving objects, for that matter) in the entire game universe, so just drive around trying to do jumps on the half-pipe until you get bored. Given when the video came out, this must be a few years old now - though on the plus side, that probably means that most people's PCs are just getting fast enough to be able to play it.
