Dodge Charger
What happens to the famous cars we see in films and television?
Do they get shoved into a props garage to gather dust? Or do they get sold in the usual manner with a service history complete with explanations for the bullet holes?
We went looking to see what happened to the Daytona Spider from Miami Vice, and whether James Bond's DB5, complete with ejector seat and bullet shield, found a suitable home. And what about the Dodge Charger from the Dukes of Hazzard? We could picture the newspaper ad: 'Bright orange coachwork. Doors don't open. Some panel damage.'
Our investigations revealed some fascinating stories of these high-octane film and television stars. Find out where they are now.
