Against: Some reliability issues; removable seats are heavy to lift.
Take no notice of the official 'list prices': the Citroen C8 and Peugeot 807 come much cheaper. Citroen dealers in particular offer huge discounts - cashback and other incentives - and these huge MPVs are thus great value for money. And not only do they work out cheaper than the Chrysler Voyager, they have also achieved a five-star score in the Euro NCAP crash tests. Big and safe.
Available in configurations to seat up to eight people, the C8 and 807 come with excellent diesel engines (don't bother with the petrol). The only real concern with these cars is their reliability - they have suffered electrical and electronic troubles in particular, not least with the power-sliding side doors - but if they were that bad, you wouldn't see so many working as taxis on the airport run.
