Perodua Kenari
The weird one: Perodua Kenari
Price: £6,243
At £6,243 the Perodua Kenari has a well-deserved place in our list of cheapest cars.
However, if this were a list of the weirdest cars on sale the little Kenari would live there too. Based on the Daihatsu Move, the Kenari owes its origins to the Japanese Kei car rules, meaning it is artificially narrow and comically tall.
On the road it's like piloting an upright coffin and, like the Kelisa, it's out of touch with its modern rivals. Worse still ABS is not an option, nor is a comfortable ride or decent dynamics.
