Toyota's RAV4 Sports concept is a possible production model; its 2.2-litre diesel engine has been tuned for 201bhp and 332lb/ft, up from the standard 175bhp output of the RAV4 T180, and it has been fitted with a larger front grille for better air-cooling and additional air intakes, as well as lower, stiffer suspension and uprated brakes.
It's dressed up with new bumpers, grille and fog lights, deep side skirts, 21" alloy wheels, dark-tinted glass and a paint finish called liquid Metal.
Even if this car as such doesn't make production, it's a safe bet that this 201bhp development of the 2.2 D-4D engine will be offered, possibly appearing in models such as the Avensis and the RAV4.
