Hyundai has unveiled a mini-MPV concept called HED-1. A follow-up to the E3 concept car of 2004, it is an indicator of Hyundai's plans for its city cars and downsized MPVs of the future - and of the model planned to replace the Matrix. Chief designer Gregory Guillame said: "As our customers demand more flexibility, and ever-increasing levels of quality and sophistication, total concept cars such as the HED-1 allow us to prepare for these demands, but also to gauge the reaction of potential future customers."
