You don't really need a reason, it ought to be obvious. It's a supercar and it's an icon. The best thing is that you don't need to make compromises when it comes to owning or driving.
Ferraris, obviously - but at double the price they are not double the fun, nor even twice as practical. TVRs are the most truly exotic and "out-there" cars, but you need something you can rely on to work properly every day.
You'll get maximum respect and buckets of envy. A 911 means you have arrived and probably have a majority shareholding in the company anyway. Just make sure you park within sight of your office window, so you can keep an eye on it...
Money isn't really an issue at this level, although the company accountant will be pleased with a return of up to 70% on the initial retail price after three years - if you have to liquidate assets.
The 911 really is an everyday supercar, which is exactly what you need. Absolute dependability, and the ability to rack up motorway miles without tiring you out. Perfect.
