It's got a big boot and a roomy interior - and that's really all you need. The Picasso is one of the UK's most popular compact MPVs, not least because it is heavily discounted. But that also means that it is a cheap used buy. There are more versatile MPVs, but few offer similar space or value.
Citroens hand out a raft of niggling concerns. Owners talk of instrument failures and noisy suspension, which is soft at the best of times. Very scruffy examples have undoubtedly led hard lives and are best shunned.
Car supermarkets sell them in large quantities. Plenty of nearly-new examples, with their original warranties still to expire, sit at Citroen dealers.
