Festive Bath Salts:

To make 300g

  • 200g Coarse Sea Salt
  • 100g Dried Chamomile Flowers
  • 80 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil
  • 20 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil*
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg Powder

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a large glass bowl with a wooden spoon. Spoon into a glass jar with a close fitting lid - and decorate with ribbon, raffia, cinnamon sticks and dried orange slices.

Warming Body/Bath Oil:

To make 100ml

These essential oils are relaxing, warming and uplifting, and will help to ease aches and pains and muscle tension.

  • 60ml organic cold-pressed sunflower oil
  • 25ml organic virgin coconut oil
  • 15ml organic cold-pressed hemp oil
  • 20 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil
  • 5 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil*
  • 5 drops Ginger Essential Oil

Measure the coconut oil and melt in a bowl standing in hot water. Once melted, add all the other ingredients and stir well to ensure they are thoroughly mixed. Bottle immediately - preferably into glass - and decorate to make a beautiful gift.

* Note: due to the muscle relaxing properties of Clary Sage Essential Oil it is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
